To schedule, confirm, change, and deliver your appointments

To prepare for and perform your session safely, using the health information you provide
To process payments and maintain business records
To run and improve our practice and our website
We do not use your health intake information for marketing.
4. Text Messaging (SMS)
We use text messaging to communicate with clients about appointments and inquiries.
How we get your consent. You consent to receive text messages from us when you text our number, when you book an appointment, or when you otherwise give us your phone number and agree to be contacted by text.
What we send. Appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and replies to questions you send us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Third Parties We Share Information With
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the practice, and only what each one needs to do its job:
MassageBook, our online booking provider, which handles appointment scheduling and stores the booking and intake information you enter
Our payment processor, which handles card transactions. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Our SMS provider, which delivers text messages between you and us
We do not sell personal information.
6. Data Retention and Security
We keep client records, including health intake information, for as long as we need them to provide care and to meet our legal, professional, and business record-keeping obligations, and then dispose of them securely.
We limit access to client information to people who need it to do their work, and we rely on our service providers' standard protections, such as encrypted transmission and password-protected accounts. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to:
Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, and who we have shared it with
